The clinic had a one-page site and a phone line doing all the work. Every appointment cost a staff member a call, and half the enquiries were questions the site could have answered.
We built a booking-first website: services and practitioners up front, an appointment flow that writes straight into the schedule they already use, and a small admin view so front desk can see the day without opening a second system. We host it and maintain it.
